A few years ago I built a music magazine website called Metal Ohio that was a modified version of my own website, Teufel’s Tomb. Last year that same client contacted me asking me to build him a new website using a look and feel similar to mine called Effing Bored.
His request was that his website be easy to maintain, contain the color green and have a dark feel to it. Using WordPress as the Content Management System, I developed a custom theme for him based on his specifications. The site needed an area for album reviews and an area for mixed martial arts news so I split up the site accordingly.
Recently he contacted me and asked me to change the website around to turn the site into a full entertainment magazine, featuring full sections dedicated to movies, music and mixed martial arts, as well as a customized phpBB theme for his message board that matches the rest of the website.
